Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN/RN) to support the Nursing Director and ADON, overseeing weekend nursing functions to maintain high-quality care. This role focuses on supervision, care coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the Health Campus.

Responsibilities include planning, directing nursing services, supervising care, and maintaining accurate documentation, with weekend-only 12-hour shifts and incentive pay details described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing services in line with regulations.
• Supervise and assist with resident care according to assessment and care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care per resident orders and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation to ensure medical records are complete.
• Maintain a welcoming campus impression and support survey readiness.
• Ensure campus is tour-ready with resources, tour path, and stations.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
