Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON/ADON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing service department.
• Supervise and assist with all resident care according to assessment and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per orders and resident status.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare to ensure records are complete.
