Trilogy Health Services in West Lafayette, IN, seeks a Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to support the Director of Nursing and ADON in weekend nursing department operations. You will help plan, coordinate, and supervise resident care to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications include a current LPN or RN license and CPR certification. The role requires every weekend (Fri–Sun), 12-hour shifts, with compensation determined by license and experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON/ADON to plan, develop, organize and direct nursing services.
• Supervise and assist with resident care per care plans and assessments.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and evaluate treatment outcomes.
