Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN, RN) in Lafayette, Indiana, to assist in managing nursing department operations over the weekend. Responsibilities include supervising resident care, providing direct nursing assistance, and ensuring the campus is prepared for tours.

The candidate will work twelve-hour shifts every weekend with additional pay incentives. Benefits include medical coverage, paid weekly, PTO, and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist ADON & DON in organizing and directing nursing service department.
• Supervise and assist with resident care according to assessments.
• Provide direct nursing care as per resident needs.
• Maintain documentation accuracy in MatrixCare.
• Ensure campus is tour-ready and welcome potential customers.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
