Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate in Nursing or PhD preferred.
• Unencumbered RN licensure in Arkansas or compact state.
• Didactic and/or clinical teaching experience in nursing.
• Masters degree with rank of Instructor is possible if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate curriculum, course content, and testing.
• Teach clinical and didactic courses within areas of expertise.
• Plan and supervise clinical seminars.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies and colleagues.
• Support student mentoring and program recruitment and retention.
• Maintain regular office hours on campus and virtually.
• Contribute to program, college and university activities and committees.
• Engage in nursing scholarship and professional service as assigned.
