Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license to practice in Arkansas or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum for assigned course(s).
• Communicate class content effectively in online or face-to-face formats.
• Evaluate student progress toward goals and outcomes.
• Assist in student retention efforts.
• Develop course syllabi for each course assigned and post in LMS.
• Prepare and grade exams and return graded work promptly.
• Maintain updated gradebooks and submit final grades timely.
• Supervise nursing students in clinical settings.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Partner staff and maintain clinical competence.
