Job summary

Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation Suites, Texas, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership for patient care during weekend shifts. You will supervise licensed nurses and CNAs, ensure nursing judgments, and deliver care while collecting patient data.

The role requires an actively licensed RN in good standing, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of supervisory nursing experience. Weekend hours include 7am-7pm or 6am-10pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• Willingness to work on the weekends and in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff on weekend shifts.
• Supervise licensed nurses and CNAs on assigned shift.
• Deliver nursing care and collect patient data.
• Make observations and report pertinent information to patient care.
• React appropriately to emergency situations.
• Maintain compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
