Requirements:

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values towards residents, family, staff, and community.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative, or geriatric nursing.
• At least one year of supervisory or management experience with direct care staff.
• Current active licensure as an RN or LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
