Summary of LPN or RN Weekend Days at Southern Health Partners:

This role offers part-time and PRN positions for LPNs or RNs to provide patient care at Boone County Jail during weekend days. Responsibilities include administering medications, evaluating patient progress, and collaborating within a team to ensure quality care. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and attractive benefits, including a sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

Looking for extra income? Part-time & PRN positions provide scheduling flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. An online scheduling exchange allows you to pick up PRN shifts in addition to regular part-time work. Teamwork is a fundamental part of all great nursing programs.

Location: Boone County Jail

Open Position: PT LPN or RN Weekend Days

Schedule: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 7 am - 7:30 pm

Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
2. Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards & correctional regulations
3. Follow established treatment plans
4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking
