Job summary

Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, Illinois, is seeking a Full-time Sonographer with a Weekend Option to join our Radiology team. This night-shift role runs 37.5 hours per week, Friday through Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with holiday rotation on call as required.

The Ultrasound department is housed within Radiology to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging close to home. The successful candidate will perform abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical imaging, assist with needle procedures

Qualifications

• Associate or Trade School Equi
• No Experience
• RDMS or equiv

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and ensures proper documentation of procedures.
• Performs studies independently, may perform studies on-call, portable exams, and at other sites as required by work area.
• Ensures proper function and readiness of all equipment.
