Job summary

CareCore at Mentor seeks a Weekend Night Shift Supervisor to lead our clinical team on weekends. If you are an experienced LPN or RN, you will oversee nursing staff, ensure resident care, and model best practices in a long-term care setting during night shifts.

Join a supportive leadership team, mentor staff, and uphold PCC documentation while coordinating with physicians and families. This role offers a stable weekend schedule and opportunities for professional growth within CareCore.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with PCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during weekend night shifts.
• Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and assist with clinical decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete documentation accurately and ensure PointClickCare (PCC) documentation is maintained.
• Participate in admissions, incident follow-up, and other clinical responsibilities as needed.
• Serve as the nursing leader on duty during assigned shifts.

Schedule

• Weekend Nights
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs.

What You'll Do
