Job summary

CareCore at Westmoreland in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. We offer full-time 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am shifts, as well as PRN opportunities, with a patient-centered approach and supportive environment.

You will deliver nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and supervise assistants. Ohio LPN license required; experience with PointClickCare a plus. Enjoy paid vacation, holidays, daily pay, bonuses, and no mandated shifts.

Qualifications
