CareCore at Mentor is seeking compassionate, dependable nurses to provide quality care in a supportive long-term care environment. Night shifts run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and maintaining thorough clinical documentation. We value strong communication, teamwork, and resident-focused care within a safe, respected setting.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused.
