Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Mentor, OH is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting, night shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with physicians and the nursing team, while following infection control and safety guidelines. Ohio license required; LTC experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused.
