Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care during overnight hours.

You will supervise staff, support admissions and assessments, uphold regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license preferred (LPNs with strong leadership experience encouraged to apply)
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
