Job summary

CareCore at Montgomery in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time role offers day or night shift options and a supportive environment focused on resident wellbeing.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure quality care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
