Job summary
Software Placement Group is seeking a skilled CNC operator for a fast-growing precision manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This full-time, on-site role includes weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun 6pm-6am) in a high-volume automated machining environment.
You will operate CNC cells, monitor automation, perform tooling changes, troubleshoot, and inspect parts to ensure quality throughout production. Join a team that offers multiple schedules, opportunities for overtime, and ongoing skill
Qualifications
- Experience in CNC machining, automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, machine troubleshooting, tooling, inspection, or related high-volume machining environments.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated CNC machining cells.
- Work with CNC equipment, automation, and related material-handling systems.
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Inspect parts and verify quality throughout production.
- Read prints, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Help keep automated equipment running safely, efficiently, and consistently.
