Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a skilled CNC operator for a fast-growing precision manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This full-time, on-site role includes weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun 6pm-6am) in a high-volume automated machining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining, automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, machine troubleshooting, tooling, inspection, or related high-volume machining environments.

Responsibilities

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, weekend night shift (FRI-SUN 6pm - 6am, 12 hour shifts with paid lunch)

Overview

An established, stable precision manufacturer is entering a significant period of growth and expanding its manufacturing operations across multiple machining areas, skill levels, and schedules. This role is part of a high-volume automated CNC machining operation and is well suited to someone who enjoys combining CNC machining, automation, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem solving.
