Job summary

Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) is seeking entry-level machine operators for the weekend night shift (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM). You will safely operate CNC equipment, load/unload materials, read blueprints, and inspect parts with precision tools.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent attendance in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Prior machine shop experience is a plus, and you’ll join a dependable, team-oriented group.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate CNC machinery.

• Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals.
