Keystone Distinction Group in Wisconsin is seeking an Automated CNC Operator for weekend night shifts to support a high-volume automated machining operation. You will operate and monitor CNC cells, read prints, perform tooling changes, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration across manufacturing teams; multiple schedules and opportunities for additional hours are available as the company grows.

Our client is a long-established, stable precision manufacturer entering a significant period of growth in the Menomonee Falls area. They are expanding their manufacturing operations and adding people across multiple machining areas, skill levels and schedules.
This opportunity is part of a high-volume automated CNC machining operation and is a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys the combination of CNC machining, automation, troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
The work may include:
Experience with CNC machining, automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, machine troubleshooting, tooling, inspection or related high-volume machining environments can all be relevant. We are interested in understanding what you've worked with and what you can do rather than expecting every candidate to have followed exactly the same path.
