Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Wisconsin is seeking an Automated CNC Operator for weekend night shifts to support a high-volume automated machining operation. You will operate and monitor CNC cells, read prints, perform tooling changes, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration across manufacturing teams; multiple schedules and opportunities for additional hours are available as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read prints and production documentation.
• Willingness to work weekend night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated CNC machining cells.
• Work with CNC equipment, automation and related material-handling systems.
• Perform tooling changes, offsets and machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling and process issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Inspect parts and verify quality throughout production.
• Read prints, work instructions and production documentation.
• Help keep automated equipment running safely, efficiently and consistently.
