Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is assisting a long-established precision manufacturer in Menomonee Falls, WI to hire an Automated CNC Operator. This role operates automated CNC cells in a high-volume environment, with 12-hour shifts Fri-Sun, and no remote work.

You will read prints, run tooling changes, troubleshoot equipment, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring quality throughout production. The position offers opportunities to grow technical responsibility as the operation expands.

Our client is a long-established, stable precision manufacturer entering a significant period of growth in the Menomonee Falls area. They are expanding their manufacturing operations and adding people across multiple machining areas, skill levels and schedules.

This opportunity is part of a high-volume automated CNC machining operation and is a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys the combination of CNC machining, automation, troubleshooting and hands‑on problem solving.

The work may include:

• Operate and monitor automated CNC machining cells
• Work with CNC equipment, automation and related material‑handling systems
• Perform tooling changes, offsets and machine adjustments
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling and process issues
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Inspect parts and verify quality throughout production
• Read prints, work instructions and production documentation
• Help keep automated equipment running safely, efficiently and consistently

Experience with CNC machining, automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, machine troubleshooting, tooling, inspection or related high-volume machining environments can all be relevant.
