Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network invites applications for a Weekend Night Supervisor of Nursing. This part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a 3 out of 4 weekend rotation.

You will lead the nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient care under a physician plan of care. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nursing and 4+ years of RN experience in acute care, with strong data analytic skills and HIPAA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing completed and active RN license.
• 4+ years of registered nurse experience in an acute care hospital.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, patient rights and related laws.
• Strong clinical data analytics and ability to measure care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations during weekend night shift to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Monitor nursing care plans and adjust as needed in collaboration with physicians.
• Coordinate on-call activities and maintain patient care standards.
• Lead staff development, orientation, and continuing education activities.
