Job summary
Masonic Village Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekends to lead nursing teams, ensure safe resident care, and uphold regulatory compliance in a 121-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting.
The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience with 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Weekend shifts include 11PM–7AM with weekend differential where applicable.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
- Valid BLS CPR certification.
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare.
- Minimum 1+ years supervisor experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective resident care.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to staff during shifts.
- Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
- Ensure compliance with orders, plans, and facility policies.
- Communicate changes with physicians, teams, residents and families.
- Manage multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
- Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
