Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for weekend night shifts. You will lead the nursing team, oversee daily care, and uphold our standards of excellence in a 115-bed facility.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care plan development, collaboration with therapy, dietary and social services, and reporting resident outcomes. Requires PA RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Current Pennsylvania RN license.
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; LTC experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
