Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse RN Supervisor for weekend night shifts. You will lead a team of nurses and CNAs to deliver high-quality resident care and ensure smooth nights with strong clinical oversight.

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and adherence to regulatory standards. Pennsylvania RN licensure and leadership experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (PA).
• Experience as RN supervisor or in a similar leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, promoting a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor medication administration, treatment plans, and compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Document patient care activities, medications, and treatments accurately and timely.
