Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care plan development, collaboration with therapy, dietary and social services, and reporting resident outcomes. Requires PA RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our team of nursing professionals on our weekends. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to our residents, ensuring that our standards of excellence are met, and guiding our team towards achieving exceptional outcomes. Your exceptional leadership skills, coupled with your clinical expertise, will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support
• Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
