Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of professional nursing (RN).
• Current RN license in North Carolina (or eligible).
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent clinical nursing care across inpatient units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Float between UNC Rex Raleigh and UNC Rex Holly Springs campuses as part of the Staffing Response Team.
• Support multiple units and campuses based on real-time staffing needs.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development to expand skills across specialties.
