Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of acute care inpatient RN experience.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with Illinois licensure.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills and effective communication.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required within six months depending on unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float across Swedish inpatient units providing high-quality, individualized care.
• Document thoroughly and timely in the patient record.
• Guide and supervise nursing personnel during shifts.
• Maintain safety and ethical practice while delivering care.
