Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of experience as an acute care inpatient RN.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and guides nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Float across Swedish inpatient units as part of the Resource Team.
• Provide high quality, individualized nursing care to patients and families.
• Maintain safety and documentation per hospital standards.
• Guide and supervise nursing staff and contribute to professional development.
