Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families, provide courteous assistance.
• Schedule procedures and pre-register patients with accurate demographics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations.
• Collect and record patient financial responsibility estimates.
• Maintain complete patient records and registration documentation.
• Ensure patient identification with armband and accurate signs.
