Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA, is seeking a Weekend Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee packaging and processing operations at our 900 High Street facility. The role requires supervision of multiple skill sets, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to maintain data integrity in ERP systems.

The position reports to the Production Manager and may require Friday through Sunday 5:55 PM to 5:55 AM with flexibility for peak production periods. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in a packaging/processing environment.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift, hi-reach and chemical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned pod including Packers, Machine Operators, Fryers and/or seasoners.
• Involved in interviewing, training and evaluation of department members.
• Monitors labor hours and crew size for efficiency of production lines.
• Assists with inventory counting and supports plant projects.
• Ensures quality product and adherence to GMP and SQF standards.
• Maintains data integrity in ERP system and tracks KPIs.
• Drives process improvements and manages waste reduction.
