Job summary

Utz Quality Foods seeks a Weekend Night Shift Production Supervisor for our 900 High Street facility in Hanover, PA. The role covers packaging, processing, coordination, and sanitation, with emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Requires leadership, public speaking, and ability to obtain certifications (Forklift, Hi-Reach, Chemical). The position runs Friday to Sunday, 5:55 PM to 5:55 AM, reporting to Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Analytical, math and reading skills required.
• Leadership and management to direct the packaging departments.
• Interpersonal and supervisory skills to lead others.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises packaging pod including Packers, Machine Operators, Fryers and/or seasoners.
• Monitors labor hours and crew size for production lines.
• Maintains quality by following GMP and SQF standards.
• Uses ERP system to enter work orders and track maintenance tasks.
