Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a weekend-night team and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across production, training, safety and housekeeping. You’ll hire staff, monitor training, and drive improvements while aligning with GMP and SQF standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and timely issue resolution, with a focus on meeting cost goals and maintaining high-quality outputs in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ years Lead experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to organize and prioritize in a multi-tasking environment.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Production Workers and their daily activities.
• Interviews and hires new team members.
• Directs daily activities to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost goals.
• Evaluates performance, conducts reviews and resolves conflicts.
• Ensures quality and adherence to productivity and cost standards.
• Implements process improvements within area.
• Develops team members and team leads.
• Understands FIFO for perishable products and implements it.
• Models GMPs, food safety and quality standards and SQF compliance.
