Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Weekend Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Fri-Sun, 12-hour, 6:00pm–6:00am). Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing/food processing.
• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop up to five Production Leads.
• Oversee ~50 hourly employees across production areas.
• Ensure safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and conduct adherence.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Leads and staff.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, sanitation, and warehouse teams to minimize downtime.
• Communicate performance, challenges, and priorities during shift turnovers.
