CelLink in Georgetown, TX is hiring a Production Supervisor for weekend night shifts. You will lead a fast-paced manufacturing team on a 4/3 AWS schedule, promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time production.

You will coach, appraise, and discipline staff as needed, hire and mentor team members, and strive to meet manufacturing goals while maintaining a compliant, efficient operation on the production floor.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years managing production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily workflow to ensure uninterrupted production and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve delays, meet shipping deadlines, and manage labor resources.
• Complete reports and analyze production records in the system.
• Provide performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions per policy.
• Facilitate equipment maintenance and coordinate improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to address inefficiencies and cost reductions.
• Ensure training, documentation, and processes transfer to Manufacturing.
• Support cross-shift communication and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist budgeting and maintain electronic files; uphold 5S/lean practices.
