Job summary

Planned Companies in Arlington, VA is seeking motivated Front Desk Associates and Doormen to greet tenants, guests and vendors and deliver exceptional service.

The part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 11pm to 7am (16 hours total) with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include directing visitors, coordinating reservations, organizing events, handling mail and access control, and providing local guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to greet and assist tenants, guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests and vendors and provide directions.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide local directions and access to services.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and vendor services and secure access areas.
• Answer phones and monitor lobby; manage keys and access cards.
