Job summary

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team in Arlington, VA. The role handles resident and guest check-in/check-out, access control, package handling, and scheduling across a busy property.

Prior front desk, admin or concierge experience is preferred. The schedule offers three shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and 11:00pm–7:00am, with pay at $18.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio).
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (printer, scanner, copier).
• Understanding of concierge reservation systems.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident and guest check-in/check-out procedures
• Access control and key/fob management
• Receive and store packages and mail
• Coordinate work orders and maintenance requests
• Answer phones and operate multi-line switchboards
• Scheduling appointments and amenities
• Manage emails and calendars
• Report incidents, maintain documentation, and other records
• Monitor security CCTV and access systems
• Coordinate vendors and contractors
