Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Night Auditor in Greenwood Village, CO. You will reconcile cashier transactions, generate daily reports, and support front desk operations during overnight hours.

The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with management and guests. Responsibilities include guest check-in/out support, report preparation, and data entry in hotel systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1 year hotel or related experience preferred.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions; review, organize and compile management reports.
• Cross-train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
• Prioritize job functions to meet deadlines.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and F&B cashiers; transmit credit card data.
• Maintain accuracy of numbers in reports; input data into corporate systems.
• Communicate issues to management; ensure guest satisfaction.
