Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings.
• Review and compile management reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate issues to management.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
