Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Colorado is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile nightly cashier transactions, review and organize management reports, and ensure the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger entries. The role also supports front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and reservations as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Guest Service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Must be able to handle basic arithmetic and data entry accurately.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile nightly cashier transactions and audit financial reports.
• Assist front desk with guest check-in/check-out and reservations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers’ work.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Operating Reports and month-end reports.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billing and city ledger entries.
