Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger.
• Perform guest service duties such as check-in/check-out and switchboard operations.
• Prepare and distribute daily and monthly financial reports and other operating reports.
