Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year of progressive hotel or related field experience preferred.
Guest Service experience preferred.
Computer knowledge/skills required.
Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
Perform guest services duties including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations as required.
Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports; prepare daily and month-end reports.
Input and update financial information into corporate systems and maintain confidentiality when needed.
Maintain regular attendance and uphold Highgate Hotel standards; respond to inquiries from guests and management.
