Best Western Downtown Phoenix is seeking a weekend overnight Night Auditor from 11pm-7am on Saturdays and Sundays. You will greet guests, register, handle cash, and perform end-of-day audit reports in the PMS. Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and security measures are followed.

This role emphasizes discretion with guest records, strong customer service, and collaboration with hotel staff. The night shift includes wake-up calls and basic breakfast setup responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling guest records and confidentiality.
• Ability to handle cash drawer and end-of-day reports.
• Willingness to perform laundry and housekeeping duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly.
• Run end-of-day audit reports in PMS.
• Ensure front desk and lobby are clean and organized.
• Set up breakfast bar per brand standards.
• Deliver wake-up calls and pass on logs.
• Maintain and update guest records and logs.
