Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Weekend Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The role runs Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 7am, providing attentive service and accurate overnight accounting.

Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality or front desk roles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. This on-site position offers the chance to contribute to guest satisfaction while maintaining secure and efficient night operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts
• Check in and check out guests efficiently while providing friendly and professional service
• Monitor hotel security and safety protocols during overnight hours
• Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue summaries and occupancy reports
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues
