Job summary

Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff is seeking a Weekend Hotel Night Auditor to balance nightly transactions, handle front desk duties, and deliver friendly service during overnight hours.

Starting pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience. Must have at least 1 year of hotel front desk experience and be available to work 10pm–6am on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All shifts are overnight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hotel front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs.
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments.
• Answer phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment.
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures.
