Job summary

The Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff, managed by NCG Hospitality, is seeking a Weekend Hotel Night Auditor for overnight front desk operations in Flagstaff. Starting rate is $19.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience; must be available 10pm–6am Friday–Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and F&B cash/credit operations.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening, and responding to guests’ needs.
• Handle guest service requests and complaints to meet expectations.
• Make reservations, check-in/out guests, process payments.
• Answer phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment.
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing safety procedures.

Weekend Hotel Night Auditor, Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff

Starting at $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience. Must be available to work 10pm-6am Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Must have a minimum of 1 year of hotel front desk experience. All shifts are overnight shifts. Our friendly and attentive Weekend Hotel Night Auditor is committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality service to our guests while performing nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports related to the property's business transactions.

How do I make an impact on my team?

• Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures
