Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer guest calls and provide information.
• Maintain nightly accounting and balance on daily transactions.
• Operate PMS and POS systems and verify room rate reports.
• Audit and balance cash and bank deposits.
• Support housekeeping as needed during the night shift.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Record and communicate any maintenance or guest issues.
