Responsibilities

• Open and close the museum, including cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Supervise Visitor Services Technicians and store clerks.
• Provide guided tours and assist with self-guided tours.
• Process ticket and retail sales in the museum store.
• Provide coverage for breaks, including lunch periods.
• Monitor and maintain museum store inventory and restocking.
• Ensure public spaces are clean and visitor-ready.
• Assist with special projects and general museum operations.
