Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Novi is seeking a friendly Weekend AM Front Desk Agent to provide warm, professional guest service during Saturday and Sunday mornings. You will be the first face guests see, handling check-ins and inquiries with efficiency and a smile.

This part-time role offers a welcoming team environment, training on front desk software, and opportunities to grow hotel experience while maintaining a smooth morning operation for the loss and found, housekeeping coordination, and guest

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel front desk software.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be available Saturday and Sunday mornings and reliable with attendance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest questions
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and courteously
• Process payments and maintain accurate front desk records
• Monitor the lobby and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Communicate important information with housekeeping and other hotel departments
• Assist with morning operations and ensure a smooth transition to the next shift
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
